what is a lunar return

  • It's when the transiting Moon returns to the same sign and degree as the Moon in your natal chart when you were born.

  • The simplest and easiest way to use it is by seeing which house the Lunar Return Moon visits every month based on your birth details. The house then speaks to the themes which will come up for you that month.

  • It's the felt tone of the month so it's very important to pull the chart for your current location if it's different to where you were born.

how does it work?

When you sign up, your La Luna Reset Method pdf will be sent straight to your inbox. Please allow up to 24 hours for it to arrive. Depending on your birth details, you will either just be starting a new cycle, in the middle of one or in the tail end of it. If there are only a few days left of your current Lunar Return, your pdf will be based on the upcoming one.

do i need an accurate birth time?

Yes. Any serious application of astrology requires an accurate birth time and with the Moon, it's especially important as it moves so fast. To ensure your natal Moon sign is accurate (which is what the Lunar Return is fully based on) really requires that your birth time is known.

Is it based on tropical or true sidereal astrology?

I work exclusively with the True Sidereal system. If you're new to True Sidereal this is a beautiful way to get to know Ophiuchus, the 13th sign which may be your Moon sign or show up as your Lunar Return Ascendant for the month. Exciting!

Do i need to know any astrology?

Nope! But will you learn along the way? Absolutely. This method will gently introduce you to some basic knowledge but it's nothing you need to know about beforehand to reap the benefits.

why do you include new & full moon information?

New & Full Moons are powerful periods that occur every month. A New Moon is about planting seeds and a Full Moon is the harvest which can be both a celebration of what is working as well as a release of what is not. It can be helpful to know when the New & Full Moons are, especially if they fall in your natal Moon sign. For more in-depth information about them, I recommend signing up to my newsletter where I share more details every month.
